Dedicate Server คือการให้บริการเช่าเครื่อง Server แบบทั้งเครื่อง สำหรับองค์กร หรือท่านที่ยังไม่มีเครื่อง Server เป็นของตนเอง โดยไม่ต้องซื้อ Server และไม่ต้องลงทุนมาก อีกทั้งยังมีพื้นที่สำหรับวาง Colocation พร้อมเสร็จโดยทาง Proen จะมีห้อง IDC อยู่ที่ตึกการสื่อสารแห่งประเทศไทย มีระบบไฟฟ้า ไฟฟ้าสำรอง และอุปกรณ์เชื่อมต่อเข้าสู่ระบบอินเตอร์เน็ท รวมถึง Option อื่นๆ ไว้คอยรองรับบริการของท่าน
Hardware ทางบริษัทฯ เลือกใช้ Cisco ทั้งระบบและยังได้รับการสนับสนุน Link Domestic ถึง 4 ISP คือ NIX, Samart, EZ Net, PROEN Internet ปัจจุบัน Siam IDC มีความเร็วระบบอินเทอร์เน็ตภายในประเทศ ถึง 22 Gbps.
